STEP 1 · ONE-TIME

Audit & Stabilization

$2,800 flat fee

ONE-TIME ENGAGEMENT

A focused, hands-on review of your application — what's broken, what's fragile, and what's actually solid. You leave with both immediate fixes and a clear picture of what your app needs going forward.

  • Full codebase and architecture review (~15–20 hours)
  • Identification and triage of critical bugs, security gaps, and fragile patterns
  • Hands-on fixes for the highest-priority issues found during the audit
  • A written stabilization report: what's fixed, what's at risk, and next steps
  • A live walkthrough call to go over findings in plain language

Best for: founders who need to know — with confidence — what state their app is actually in.

Most clients move into an ongoing retainer after the audit ↓

STEP 2 · ONGOING RETAINER

Basic

$625 /mo

5 hours per month

  • Ongoing bug fixes and small improvements
  • Priority response within 48 hours
  • Monthly check-in call
  • Unused hours roll over one month (capped)

Best for: Stable apps that mainly need monitoring and upkeep.

Standard

$1,250 /mo

10 hours per month

  • Everything in Basic
  • Priority response within 24 hours
  • Support for new feature work, not just fixes
  • Unused hours roll over one month (capped)

Best for: Founders with regular, ongoing needs beyond basic upkeep.

Pro

$1,875 /mo

15 hours per month

  • Everything in Standard
  • Priority response within 24 hours
  • Ongoing feature development, not just fixes/maintenance
  • Unused hours roll over one month (capped)

Best for: Founders still actively building who need a steady hand.

How retainers work: hours are billed monthly and any unused hours roll over for one additional month before expiring. Work beyond your monthly allotment is billed at my standard hourly rate of $150/hr, agreed on before any extra work begins.
